Physical purchases now include direct downloads in both wav and mp3 format, unless mentioned differently on the release page. 

Most orders ship from the US. Depending on stock and destination, your order may ship from our fulfillment center in the UK. Orders to Canada, Mexico, and the rest of the world are shipped Asendia and UPS Tracked or Royal Mail (depending on destination) and will take an average of 1 to 8 weeks to arrive. UK customers: if ALL items ship from our UK fulfillment center you may receive a partial shipping refund 24-48 hours after your order ships.

If order contains pre-order items, all items will not ship until ALL items are in stock and until their official release date.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to VAT, import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Cold Busted is not responsible for delays with delivery services or any VAT, import duty taxes, customs formalities fees, etc.

Only one discount code can be used per order. This includes both automatic and manually entered discount codes.
