EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery and can receive a full refund.
All vinyl, cassettes, and compact discs must be sealed to be eligible for a refund. Opened items are exempt from the withdrawal right.
EU customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the items unless the items are defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returning items.
We reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount reflecting any diminished value of the returned item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
