General:

• If your order contains a pre-order item, all items will not ship until ALL items are in stock – which means none of your items will ship until the release date of the pre-order item. 
• All orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon, United States. 
• Direct downloads here on our website, coldbusted.org, are included with physical purchase. Wav & mp3 only. Please note we do not provide Bandcamp download codes. You can only get a download code from Bandcamp directly.

Where is my order?

• Orders are shipped every Tuesday-Thursday. Please allow 1-5 business days to process new orders. Once it has shipped, you will receive an email notification that your item has shipped. 
• We rely on multiple couriers to pick up our packages daily. Please understand they may fail to complete these pick up requests.
• IMPORTANT: If your order contains any pre-orders, your order will not ship until the latest release date of the pre-orders you purchased. If you want your other items before that, you must place separate orders.

Can I track my order?

• Yes! All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Estimated delivery dates are listed at checkout.
  
  
• My order is late, what should I do?
   
  • If your package is late, please check with your local courier first. Many times they fail to leave a notice letting you know that your package is ready for pick up at your nearest post office. If not picked up, it will be returned.

Do you ship to all countries?

• No, as of January 2020 we no longer ship to the following destinations: Afghanistan, Angola, Ascension Island, Belarus, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Caribbean Netherlands, Congo - Brazzaville, Congo - Kinshasa, India, Iraq, Isle of Man, Liberia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Philippines, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Taiwan, Tristan da Cunha, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, Zimbabwe. 

I'm ordering from outside the US, will I pay customs or import taxes?

Possibly. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

We must clearly list the value of each item on the outside of the package. Any inquiries asking to change these values will be ignored.

No refunds are provided if your package is returned for refusing to pay these import duty taxes.

Any requests for packages to be marked as gifts and or lower in value are ignored.

We reserve the right to combine packages if placing multiple orders. Partial shipping refunds are not provided but we may issue store credit if requested within 30 days from the date of the order was placed.

Change Of Address.

We process orders fast so changes to your address cannot always be made - unless it contains a pre-order. If you ordered a pre-order on Bandcamp, change your address here. If you ordered a pre-order from coldbusted.org, log into your coldbusted.org account and update your address. 

Do you need to change your address but already received a tracking number? No changes can be made unfortunately.

Cancel My Order.

Contact us immediately but if you already received a confirmation email with tracking number it's too late. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Pre-orders & why your order hasn't shipped yet.

If your order contains a pre-order item, all items will not ship until ALL items are in stock – which means none of your items will ship until the release date of the pre-order item.

When ordering direct at coldbusted.org we try to make this as clear as possible by:

1. Add to cart and Buy it now buttons are replaced with a single PRE-ORDER button

2. Product details on the release page state "Pre-order Ships" and the date when we expect the pre-order will ship

3. As of 2025.09.25 we now send an additional Pre-order confirmation email

Bandcamp also includes 'Pre-order' in the checkout link. 

Please check the release page to see the estimated Pre-order Ships dates. Note, these dates will most likely change and is best to check for updates.

Address Must Be In English.

Please make sure your Name & Address is listed in English Only as required by our shipping couriers. If not it may be cancelled.

Download Codes.

Test Pressings.

Test pressings are a very small run of vinyl (usually 5-10 pieces) pressed with white or our custom Cold Busted labels and are sent to us for approval. They can help to check that there are no flaws in the cutting or metalwork before pressing the full quantity of records. We keep 1 copy of every release and normally send 1 copy to the artist. All other copies are sold.
